GOLF TOURNAMENT
Each August, our club hosts a four-man scramble at Twisted Gun Golf Club. The proceeds from this event fund community projects such as our annual scholarship, sponsorships for community events, disaster relief, and so much more.
SCHOLARSHIP AWARD
Each year, our club awards a $1,000.00 scholarship to a graduating senior from one of our three local high schools (Belfry, Mingo Central and Tug Valley) to attend Southern West Virginia Community & Technical College.
SUPPORT FOR OUR FIRST RESPONDERS
We proudly support the efforts of our local police and fire departments. Whether it's a new boat for the local water rescue team, support equipment for body cameras, or a vest for the sheriff's department's K-9 unit, we are always eager to assist.

Planting pinwheel gardens in recognition of Child Abuse Awareness Month, making dog treats to benefit spay/neuter programs, sponsoring educational programs at our local libraries, and promoting wellness initiatives such as Go Red for Women and Breast Cancer Awareness month are just the beginning of the impact we have on the Tug Valley area.
PROJECTS
GIRLS' NIGHT OUT
Girls' Night Out (GNO) is our annual fundraising event benefiting the Tug Valley Recovery Shelter and its efforts to combat domestic violence. Since our first event in 2012, we have donated more than $50,000.00 to the shelter for its efforts. GNO is held the first Friday in May each year and is hottest ticket in town.
VETERANS' "THANK YOU" BASKETS
Each November, we take the opportunity to recognize both Veterans' Day and Thanksgiving by providing 15 "thank you" baskets to local veterans and their families. We provide everything necessary to prepare Thanksgiving dinner -- turkey, sides, dessert, and rolls along with extra pantry staples to show our appreciation for their service to our country.
